Store clerk and manager didn’t assist with my purchase a customer helped me. When the lady went before me they were very nice to her letting her know about the sale or deal on the product. When it came to me I wasn’t given the same opportunity as the lady before me and we purchased the same product. I spend too much damn money at Vitaminshopp to be treated like crap and this wasn’t the first time I encountered the same two with unwelcome treatment. I ignored it the first couple of times. I plan to start purchasing my vitamins else where with a friendly staff. I hope they have cameras with sound so they can review what I encountered.

May 14. 10:45 am Entered Store,( because online research showed the Vitamin Shop had seamoss both kinds Wildcrafted & Pool grown) From the beginning with a lowered gravely voice she did ask if she could help me, I replied I needed the wild crafted sea moss. ^was told they didn't carry that brand & i needed to tell her ,in her own words" to tell her a specific brand or she couldn't help me " In a much more dismissive tone & continued to stock. After standing there a few moments, Being a senior citizen with experience with rude people & only because I had just left doctors office near by did i continue to buy the product i NEEDED..So Online I saw that you have several types here ,where is you sea moss,. She pointed to its shelf locations.. I found them and bought a few. But I will not return to this Store. I have a few well founded ideas about her perceived need to be harsh & rude even though it was her who didn't know her products Jackson is losing enough business as it is, with people making assumptions about customers... just be a real sales person ... not a wanna be judge.. Again ,will not be back.

Had a great experience at my local Vitamin Shoppe on 8/16/25! The guy working there was very personable, helpful, and courteous, which made the whole visit really easy and enjoyable. In and out in just a few minutes. They have a good selection of products. On top of that, the sales they have are pretty great. Definitely make it worth stopping in. I’ll keep coming back!
